Our clients commissioned us with an opportunity to work alongside Aspire Properties. We were provided with a rough layout dictated by a previously submitted planning application. This meant that the driveway and swimming pool were already fixed in their locations however the remaining space allowed us to get creative. A specific request from the client was to maximize lawn space as the property is on a slope. We were able to do this by dressing a hidden retaining wall with boulders and sympathetic planting. We included an outdoor dining space between the main house and the gym and commissioned a bespoke metal sculpture to add interest alongside the driveway. Automated irrigation takes care of our plant scheme along with regular maintenance of an outsourced gardener.
